Global Consolidation Accountant

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Global Consolidation Accountant to support the monthly consolidation of global subsidiaries. This role will own key consolidation activities in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Excel, partner with subsidiary accounting teams to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and support the company growth.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
• Proven strengths driving timely consolidation of global subsidiaries.
• Knowledge of ASC 830 and direct experience accounting for foreign currencies.
• Strong understanding of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient with accounting software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with major ERPs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) is preferred.
