The Program Analyst will oversee TB&T's projects portfolio, identify and track project progress, and create data visualization and reporting to support senior staff understanding and decision-making. The role involves coordinating review of authorization requests, facilitating identification of emerging facility needs, and maintaining updated data and information assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Planning, Engineering, or Architecture or other related field from an accredited college or university
- 3 plus years of progressively responsible experience in program management oversight, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently collect and assess data and present it clearly and effectively to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to identify issues of concern, pursue information to support decision-making, and implement solutions under guidance
- Prioritizes collaborative working relationships to achieve goals and maintains a customer service mindset
- Demonstrated experience in project or program management oversight, analysis and reporting in a transportation infrastructure related field
- Proven ability to manage oversight of programs of varying complexity and risk and effectively utilize limited available resources to achieve complex goals
- Demonstrated knowledge of capital planning and assessment, cost-benefit and life cycle cost analyses, project planning and development, and risk management protocols
- Demonstrated experience organizing and influencing diverse work groups and project teams, within a department and across stakeholder departments
- Demonstrated customer service mindset, task ownership and initiative mindset, and independent decision making and problem solving
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license in New York or New Jersey
