Job Description
The Sustainability Program Manager (Technical) will lead the Port Authority’s sustainability policy, target-setting, reporting, and program level strategy, providing technical direction for programs and projects that reduce agency greenhouse gas emissions. The role involves tracking innovations in the sustainability and energy space, implementing change management efforts, and working across program areas to advance beneficial energy-related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline with aptitude in Project Management
- Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure operations, engineering, construction, asset management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience scoping and implementing projects in at least two of the following areas: building decarbonization, renewable energy generation, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, zero waste, and other related sustainability areas
