Job Description
As a Functional Analyst at X, you will contribute to the proper functioning of our system landscape, solving technical- and IT-related problems for internal & external clients, and refining and enhancing models and applications linked to logistics operational processes.
Requirements
- Support internal & external clients with IT issues
- Contribute to structuring and enriching tasks related to maintaining system stability, security and speed
- Manage stories created for developers, assign priorities and follow up on them when necessary
- Test and accept or reject fixed issues and provide feedback
- Develop new functionality and present ideas to external developers
- Refine ideas with internal stakeholders and present to external developers
- Create process flows in BlueWorksLive and update IT Standard Operating Procedure
- Check data for consistency, accuracy and completeness with operational teams
- Formulate functional IT requirements and test scenarios based on feedback from management and operations
