Job Description
As a Head of Finance, your primary mission is to lead X to the next growth stage by improving tax and legal processes, investigating setting up local entities and treasury, and managing the Finance team to achieve scalable processes and efficient controls.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Masters degree in Business or Accounting
- Strong financial controlling and planning skills
- Experience in managing a finance team
- Ability to create clarity and set direction across departments
- Experience in Cash flow management in a high growth environment
- Understanding of (international) e-commerce companies
- Experience with international entities and tax compliance (e.g. Sales Tax in the US)
- Experience with external audits from the audited company perspective
