Our clients Site in Den Bosch is rapidly expanding providing Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D Services.
Job Description
As a Site Business Controller, you will lead a small team and add value to the Management Team by thorough business analyses and financial leadership. You will be responsible for timely delivery of monthly reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets of Site functions, and will lead and further develop the business controlling team in line with the expansion strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum Master degree in Finance
- CIMA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and supply chain/logistics environment
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Familiar with ERP software
- Experience with JDE/Cognos and ERP transitions a plus
- Robust financial reporting skills (US GAAP or IFRS)
- Good knowledge of business and operational processes
- Customer oriented, result driven, accurate and cost awareness
- Ability to effectively operate, switch and communicate across all levels
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
