Family Practice Physician position available at a well-established outpatient primary care office in the Bronx, New York. Flexible scheduling and limited call responsibilities. Opportunity for academic engagement and hybrid or remote work.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population.
• Participate in teaching, supervision, and mentorship of residents and medical students.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR system.
• Engage in departmental quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiatives.
• Support the organization’s mission of delivering patient-centered, community-oriented healthcare.
