Job Description
The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospice & Palliative Care Physician to join its inpatient medicine and palliative care team in the Shelton, CT region. This full-time, permanent role involves providing inpatient palliative consultations, symptom management, end-of-life care, and limited hospitalist coverage as needed.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Connecticut state medical licensure
- Prior experience in hospice/palliative care or inpatient medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills
