Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) | Bronx, NY

The organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join its full-time women’s health team in Bronx, NY. This role provides comprehensive women’s healthcare services across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, reproductive health, gynecologic services, and patient education.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive women’s health services, including preventive care, gynecologic exams, contraception management, and reproductive health counseling
• Perform well-woman exams, Pap smears, breast exams, and routine screenings
• Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions and women’s health concerns
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
• Educate and counsel patients on family planning, prenatal and postnatal care, menopause management, and lifestyle modification
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, primary care providers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in care coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and population health efforts
