Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, WHNP, or related specialty) required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active or eligible New York State license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or primary care preferred
