Job Description
The Queen's Advanced Heart Failure Clinic offers the only heart failure disease management program in the state of Hawaii. Our team-based approach brings together a range of clinical specialists to provide comprehensive, personalized care in both the hospital and clinic setting. We provide easy-to-understand symptom management education for patients, their families and loved ones – because we know that education is critical for the successful management of serious medical issues such as heart failure.
Requirements
- Current Hawaii State license as an APRN or Physician Assistant in good standing
- Specialty board certification aligned with area of assignment
- Prescriptive authority for non-controlled and controlled substances
- Current BLS certification
- Two (2) years nursing experience or successful completion of an APRN Fellowship Program
Benefits
- Base salary $153,878.00 year
