Assistant Clinical Director

Join Advanced Recovery Systems as a Clinical leader to save lives and provide high-quality care to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues. As an Assistant Clinical Director, you will provide 24-hour management of clinical functions, lead a team of clinicians, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, and 2+ years of experience in mental health.

Requirements

• Works effectively with facility leadership team to ensure success
• Develops effective clinical programming and ensures staff compliance
• Audits documentation for compliance to company policy, state regulations, and Joint Commission standards
• Uses substance abuse and co-occurring therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques
• Provides group therapy sessions and coaching to clinicians
• Monitors staff's performance and provides feedback/coaching sessions
• Identifies areas for improvement and develops plans for improvement
• Provides clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians
• Provides trainings to Clinical department and other departments
