Behavioral Health Technician

Advanced Recovery Systems is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join their team. The BHT provides direct care and support to patients in a residential behavioral health setting, promoting safety, recovery, and engagement.

Requirements

• Communicate and enforce facility program rules and ensure compliance
• Monitor patient well-being, facilitate daily routines, and assist clinical and nursing teams
• Maintain healthy and professional boundaries with patients and staff
• Ensure timely, consistent, clear, accurate, and legible documentation
• Encourage patient to maintain recovery post-discharge
• Accept constructive criticism and utilize supervision and feedback for professional growth
• Function well as a team member and contribute positively to the team and organization
• Maintain good communication, both written and verbal
