Manager, Fleet Luxury Facilities

Join the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection as a Manager, Fleet Luxury Facilities, responsible for maintaining a luxury environment onboard the company’s yachts. Ensure facilities maintenance supports guest comfort and experience, and collaborate with technical and project teams during non-revenue crossings, dry and wet dockings, and hotel refits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the maritime sector
• Shore-based experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role in marine interior outfitting
• At least three years in a guest-facing position onboard luxury vessels or in a luxury hotel environment
• Extensive experience with cruise or passenger vessels, including project management
• Proven facilities management leader with comprehensive knowledge of safety and risk management
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, effectively working across departments and stakeholders
