Administration Coordinator

The Royal Children’s Hospital is seeking an Administration Coordinator to join their Allied Health Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service and quality standards, providing support to Head of Departments and clinicians, and coordinating administrative activities and workqueues. The role is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $66,768 to $73,811.92 per annum, plus superannuation.

Requirements

• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships at all levels
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role, outpatient clinic setting
• Organisation and time management skills
• Strong customer service focus and commitment
• Proactive approach to process improvement and problem resolution
• Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain
• Compliance with RCH's 'Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases' procedure
