Job Description
The OSI Clinic provides specialized mental health assessment and treatment to clients referred by Veterans Affairs Canada, RCMP, and the Department of National Defense. The Psychologist delivers mental health treatment services to clients, conducting diagnostic interviews, administering assessment instruments, and providing evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
- Doctorate from a CPA/APA Accredited Clinical Psychology Program
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- CPA/APA accredited internship/residency (or equivalent) in clinical psychology
- Five years experience in clinical mental health
- Mandatory clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma and stress-related disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, substance use disorders
- Training in evidence-based therapies for PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary service delivery model
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- English level A- is mandatory in oral comprehension, expression, reading, and writing
