Job Description
The Integrated Forensic Program provides mental health assessment and treatment to individuals living with serious mental illness who have come into contact with the law. The Social Worker II will provide individual, family and group therapy following best practice standards and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Minimum 2 years within the last 5 years of clinical Social Work experience
- Registration and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Ability to manage and determine priorities with a diverse case load
- High level of knowledge, skill and confidence in using electronic health record systems for clinical documentation and navigation
