Lead and support the training, education and development of pharmacy technicians across all areas of pharmacy technicians services of the department. Support the best possible patient care through developing and enhancing workforce development programs and pathways across the Pharmacy Department.
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate IV in Hospital or Health Services Pharmacy Support (essential)
- Minimum 5 years of Hospital Experience
- Experience with education and training in a hospital pharmacy setting
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership within a Pharmacy team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Effective interpersonal skills, including negotiation with key stakeholders, conflict resolution, provide mentorship and fostering a positive work culture
- Current working rights in Australia or Citizens/Permanent Residents
