Job Description
The Psychosocial Recovery Services Coordinator role is a fixed-term, part-time position with a salary packaging option, up to $11,600 tax-free earnings. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based mental health leadership to a team specializing in the Psychosocial Recovery and wellbeing needs of youth. The role involves providing strategic clinical leadership, clinical care, and education to a wide range of staff, including primary interventions with individuals and groups, secondary consultation, and development of services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience supporting young people with complex mental health issues
- RPN Grade 5 / Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, and Psychologist Grade 4 eligibility
- Relevant registration and qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Significant knowledge of Psychosocial Recovery systems
- Experience in clinical assessment, risk management, and delivering specialist interventions for complex depression and anxiety
