Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in their residential and non-residential AOD services in Canberra. The role involves leading high-quality, person-centred services, overseeing clinical governance, and managing operations.
Requirements
- Degree in social work, psychology, welfare, community development, or a related field
- Significant experience in the AOD sector, including at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Strong track record of leading complex services, supporting teams, and navigating compliance frameworks
