Client Service Coordinator – Homelessness

The Salvation Army is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support a team of case managers and After Hours Support Workers who are supporting young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Shepparton, VIC, Australia. The role involves providing client-focused supervision and support to case management and AH support staff, ensuring high quality service delivery, and overseeing the administration of resources.

Requirements

• A minimum degree qualification in social work, social sciences or related field
• Demonstrated experience in the management and leadership of staff
• Knowledge and experience in staff supervision
• Experience and competency in delivering case management practice within a homeless service setting
• Well-written verbal and IT communication skills
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills
