Senior Specialist Family Violence Practitioner

The Salvation Army is seeking a Senior Specialist Family Violence Practitioner to deliver assessments, individual support, and group programs for men who use family violence while maintaining high-quality documentation and practice standards. The role is responsible for ensuring the safety of women and children through ongoing risk assessment and coordinated interventions.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Social Sciences or related fields
• Demonstrated family violence experience
• Case management skills and experience desirable
• An understanding of the complexities that come with working with Men who use violence
• An Employee Working with Children Check
• A current Victorian Drivers Licence
