The Salvation Army is seeking a Christmas Kettle Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX to recruit, train, and coordinate the work of employee and volunteer bell ringers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of volunteer recruitment methods and practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work with limited supervision
- Ability to prepare accurate and complete records and reports
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with volunteers and staff
- Ability to lead, motivate, and evaluate the work of volunteers and staff
- Ability to maintain volunteer and financial database
