Job Description
Plans, coordinates, and evaluates the day-to-day operations of all assigned Thrift Stores; supervises Thrift Store staff and ensures accountability of donations and sales receipts.
Requirements
- Be well-versed in and ensure compliance to The Salvation Army policies and procedure manuals
- Formulates a business plan for the stores and supervises store employees
- Establishes and maintains a system to ensure the accounting for all donations received at the Thrift Stores
