Job Description
Performs routine repairs and maintenance work for buildings and grounds, including minor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and 2-3 years of experience performing maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds.
