Summer day Camp Counselor

Plans and provides activities and childcare services for children participating in the Summer Day Camp Program.

Requirements

• Provides leadership and constant care for the needs of the children in an efficient, clean, loving, safe, secure, and healthy manner.
• Facilitates activities for school age children; ensures that activities are age appropriate, stimulating, fun and safe for the children.
• Maintains the program materials in an orderly fashion; maintains accountability for materials necessary for programs.
• Reports all accidents to the supervisor in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assists in preparing and providing field trips for children.
