The Senior Marketing Manager, Growth is responsible for driving qualified lead flow, optimizing the conversion funnel, and turning marketing activity into booked sales conversations and submitted applications. The role owns paid media strategy, email and list marketing, funnel architecture, and conversion copy β ensuring every marketing dollar and every touchpoint moves the right founders closer to becoming Scalable clients.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or conversion marketing
- Direct experience marketing to founders, SMB owners, or entrepreneurial audiences
- Proven experience inside a high-ticket coaching, consulting, mastermind, or info-product business
- Strong conversion copywriting skills β you write email campaigns, landing pages, and ad copy that actually convert
- Proven track record managing and monetizing a 10,000+ person email list
- Experience building and optimizing high-ticket conversion funnels β webinars, paid workshops, VSLs, application funnels
- HubSpot mastery β workflows, sequences, lead scoring, contact properties, reporting, and pipeline management
- AI fluency β you use AI tools daily to write faster, test more, and move quicker
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience directing execution partners (media buyers, ops managers, designers) toward clear conversion outcomes
