Compliance Assistant

Schochet is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support the Compliance Team at Fresh Pond Apartments in Cambridge, MA. The ideal candidate will assist with file processing, income certifications, and provide excellent customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Professional certification in a related field within a few months of beginning the position
• Excellent math skills for calculating income and rent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to listen to and document tenant complaints
• Ability to process income certifications and recertifications for multiple affordable housing programs
