Job Description
Lead Maintenance Technician position at Taurus at Fountain Hill Apartments, a 73unit family apartment community in Roxbury, MA. The successful candidate will schedule daily operations, coordinate service contracts, and lead maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Schedules and assists with daily operations
- Coordinate service contracts and oversee vendor and contractor activities
- Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors and supervisors
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist
- Lead Maintenance technician positions require moderate weights lifting and standing/walking all day
