Job Description
Schochet is currently accepting resumes for an Experienced Property Manager at the Weldon House. The role involves supervising property staff, managing communications with residents and vendors, and ensuring compliance with Federal Management policies/procedures. Previous Property Management experience with knowledge of HUD programs is preferred.
Requirements
- Supervise all property staff
- Provide on-going performance feedback and annual performance reviews
- Complete all annual and interim recertifications
- Manage all legal actions when necessary
- Manage all subsidy collection and collection issues
- Ensure compliance with all Federal Management policies/procedures
- Previous Property Management experience with knowledge of HUD programs
