Resident Services Coordinator

Resident Services Coordinator needed to connect residents to services, resources, and support. Responsibilities include assessments, education, referrals, and ongoing monitoring. Bilingual in Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or Spanish required.

Requirements

• Member of the Property Management team
• Collaborates with property staff, residents, volunteers, and community partners
• Establish relationships with community agencies and service providers
• Advocate, organize, and problem-solve to obtain results for residents
