Job Description
Schochet is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to make a difference in the lives of families in affordable/low-income housing by connecting residents to services, resources, and support. The ideal candidate will work one-on-one with residents, develop relationships with community partners, and help plan events to build community and promote well-being.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Portuguese, Haitian Creole or Spanish required
- BS in Social Work or related field or 2-3 years’ experience in social services delivery with youth and families preferred
- Team player
