Maintenance Technician

Scion is hiring a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance and repair service requests, carry out preventive maintenance tasks, and prepare apartments for turnovers. The role demands superior customer service and follows The Scion Group’s Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industry guidelines.

Requirements

• High school/GED
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
