Maintenance Technician

Scion is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Denton, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring the safety and functionality of the property's buildings and equipment.

Requirements

• High school/GED
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intention to obtain within six months
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures with a safety conscious attitude
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to access computer programs and use or learn basic computer operations related to position requirements
