Job Description
Scion is hiring a Facilities Technician II to maintain the physical condition of the property, respond to maintenance and repair service requests, and ensure safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma and with minimum of 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II & III)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intention to obtain within six months
