Maintenance Technician

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. This position responds to maintenance and repair service requests, carries out preventive maintenance tasks, prepares apartments for turnovers, and stays on top of requesting required supplies in a timely matter.

Requirements

• High school/GED
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intention to obtain within six months
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures with a safety conscious attitude
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to access computer programs and use or learn basic computer operations related to position requirements
