The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintenance and repair service requests, preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safety and functionality of the property's buildings and equipment. Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of key management and security systems
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to access computer programs and use or learn basic computer operations
