Job Description
We're hiring a Maintenance Technician II to perform maintenance and repair service requests, carry out preventive maintenance tasks, and ensure safety and functionality of the property's buildings and equipment. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of key management and security systems
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Valid driver's license
