We are seeking a Porter to maintain the physical condition of a residential property's common areas, performing tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
