Seasonal Property Operations Support

We are seeking full-time and part-time temporary staff to support our apartment turnover period, lasting between 4-8 weeks, to provide a seamless move-out and move-in experience for our residents.

Requirements

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned
• Participate in apartment inspections and assist in documentation
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Help keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash
• Perform general administrative assistance
