Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator position at Scotts Miracle-Gro, responsible for operating Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), front end loaders, and other equipment to move, locate, and relocate merchandise. Participates in a team environment and performs duties in accordance with the mandate and priorities of Scotts Canada Ltd.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team
• Must have at least one year experience operating a PIT or other heavy equipment
• Must be able to do basic math functions such as adding, subtracting and dividing
• Must be able to read and write
• Must be able to complete the pre-shift inspection forms
• Conduct themselves in a manner that promotes safety
