Job Description
Integrated Marketing Manager role for a high-functioning, organized individual to manage the lifecycle of creative projects across Scotts, Miracle-Gro, and Ortho brands. The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of experience in project management or account director capacity, with a strong understanding of production workflows and analytics.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in project management or account director capacity
- Deep experience with Workfront (or similar enterprise PM tools) and Workday
- Production fluency, including video trafficking and file formats for media partners
- Media knowledge and ability to navigate stakeholder politics
- Detail obsession and ability to catch errors
- Self-sufficiency and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Experience presenting work in meetings and selling creative visions to stakeholders
