Job Description
Scotts Miracle-Gro is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions to join its Strategy Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for target analysis and deal sourcing, managing M&A projects, and supporting the broader strategy function with strategic planning initiatives, competitive intelligence gathering, and special projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in a M&A environment
- Experience in diligence coordination and/or post-merger integration
- Self-motivation, solid organizational skills, strong quantitative, spreadsheet, and presentation ability
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams in a high-paced environment
- Project Management, Financial Modeling, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Communication, Relationship Building, Market and Competitive Research and Analysis
