Venue Experience Representative - Box Office

The Venue Experience Representative is responsible for ensuring patrons have a seamless and positive experience at The Second City venue, providing exceptional customer service, and handling sales, administrative duties, and customer service issues.

Requirements

• Have flexible availability (including nights and weekends), minimum of 3-4 days per week
• Demonstrated expertise with English language communication - both written and verbal
• Be comfortable working autonomously and productively in both slow and fast-paced conditions
• Basic working knowledge of a CRM, preferably Salesforce
