Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to perform month-end closing tasks, reconciliations, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate has thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and GAAP, with experience in large ERP accounting software (Great Plains).
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and GAAP
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer software, particularly Office products
- Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- At least 2 years of accounting experience within a large ERP Accounting software (Great Plains)
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) a plus
