EmpowerMama is a doula agency that provides non-medical support to families throughout the perinatal and postpartum period, including labor and delivery. As a full spectrum doula, you will deliver home-based and community care that supports the physical, emotional, and informational needs of families from pregnancy through the early weeks of parenthood.

Requirements

• Completion of a full spectrum or postpartum doula training program and certification
• Must be enrolled as a PA Medicaid provider
• Reliable transportation required for home visits and birth support throughout service area
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including on-call availability for births
