Requirements

• Completion of a full spectrum or postpartum doula training program and certification. Birth doula certification preferred. Certification in lactation or breastfeeding consultation preferred.
• Must be enrolled as a PA Medicaid provider (required).
• Reliable transportation required for home visits and birth support throughout service area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Certification in CPR required.
