As Chef de Partie, you will run your own kitchen section, cook and plate dishes, prep mise-en-place, and support the team in a dynamic and innovative hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef
- Confidence running own section during busy services
- Love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace
- Basic digital literacy for kitchen tools
- Calm, organized way of working and solid time management
- Positive, supportive attitude and close kitchen team
- English and French language proficiency
