Job Description
TSH is a hospitality company seeking a Director of Rooms to lead and develop a team responsible for managing the quality and operation of rooms within a flagship location in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, and the UK. The role involves leading room teams, optimizing operational processes, enhancing guest experiences, and driving revenue through data analysis and strategic planning. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Rooms Management role
- Proven experience leading teams in the Rooms Division
- Skilled in change management and improving processes
- Financially adept, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Digitally savvy, with experience utilizing digital tools
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
