F&B Supervisor

As F&B Supervisor, you'll lead the front-of-house team during service, support training and onboarding, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You'll work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing, and lead by example to motivate your team to reach targets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role
• Confidence leading a team during service
• Clear communication and calmness under pressure
• Eye for detail and consistent service
• Genuine hospitality energy and guest-facing experience
• Ability to work well with different teams
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (extra languages a bonus)
